Renee Kelly is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Brokerage Owner, and real estate professional with more than 25 years of industry experience specializing in BPO services, REO properties, operational real estate systems, luxury coastal real estate, and modern AI-powered business strategies.

As the founder of ITR’s Island Tiki Realty & Gulf Coast Premier Properties, LLC and The ITR Real Estate Wealth Academy, Renee created the Academy to help real estate agents, brokers, and aspiring investors build additional income opportunities through practical, real-world education and scalable systems.

Throughout her career, Renee has worked extensively in residential real estate operations, broker management, BPO workflows, investor transactions, real estate legal operations, marketing systems, and real estate business development. She has also worked within the real estate legal field alongside real estate attorneys and holds a Paralegal degree, providing additional industry insight into contracts, transactions, operational processes, and real estate-related documentation.

Her approach combines real-world implementation with modern technology, automation, and operational strategy designed specifically for today’s evolving real estate industry.
